$TICK disk cache file size = 0, could it be MBT again?

I don't know whether it's MBTrading data feed issue or what. Oftentimes, I found that the file size with my $TICK file size = 0. For example, I could not receive $TICK data all day today and when I looked at disk cache, again I found file size = 0. The funny thing, when I went into MBT navigator, $TICK data was updating just fine.
