Windows 98

[Yahoo Message 1728]

I can't agree more with Paul. When you switch from Win98 to either of the platform mentioned by Paul (I use XP) the blue screens we all love so much are a thing of the past. With XP, I have never had the OS hang or crash. Its unbelievable how stable it is compared to Win98. MAKE THE SWITCH!!!! You will be thankful..

W-98 has small fixed system resources which run out and make it crash
frequently unless you reboot frequently. Adding RAM won't help this
problem. W-98 is very unstable compared to Windows NT. The only solution
is to switch to Windows NT 4.0, Windows NT 5.0 (W-2000), or Windows NT 6.0
(W-XP).
