Tick Filter Special Usage

Was asked why the need of tick filter (new feature in 2.8)

First, the tick filter is very useful when you know
exact what you are trading - you can fully control
which tick to include in the chart, which in turn
control how each indicator is calculated.

If you got a bad tick and that is totally out of range,
it will affect all indicators and mess up your display range
as well.

Second, tick filter is good for customized tick stream
for constructing very interesting charts - say, have you
seen charts generated from trades of more than 1000 shares
per trade only?

Third, the usage can be very wild like the example that
TIME WARP how you perceive time

So feel free to explore the beta's tick filter.
