Scanning Peak/Troughs

The scanner is a realtime scanner so it scans at the very last data point.
It could be that the crossover is a >= so once the values match, the
scanner will be triggered.

You can add some tolerance so the crossover has to be above the
tolerance before the scanner is triggered.

If you need more help, please supply us the scanner
file (if you prefer, private) and we will take a look at it
because there are multiple ways of doing what you
described in NeoTicker.
